This Privacy Policy explains how StrikeSensai collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use its app.

4. AI Data Processing
Our app utilizes the Apple Vision Framework to analyze movement data and provide personalized insights. The AI operates locally on your device; no movement data is collected or shared with external servers without your explicit consent. StrikeSensai can’t be held responsible for any breaches related to the use of this Apple Corporation tool.

5. Third-Party Services
StrikeSensai may share anonymized, aggregated data with trusted third parties to help improve the app. These services include, but are not limited to:
-Apple
-Firebase (Google)
Each of these third parties has its own privacy policy and terms of service, providing a comparable level of protection for your data, which you can review on their websites.
6. Your Data Protection Rights

8. How StrikeSensai Stores and Protect Your Data
Your data is stored securely on servers located in Zürich/Switzerland, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (FADP). StrikeSensai retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy and to comply with legal obligations. After the deletion of your personal data, StrikeSensai may retain de-personalized (anonymous) information for analysis and improvement.
